Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Silas Main, operated by David Charles Saleh, ABN 17 626 827 646, based in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. Contact: hello@silasmain.co. Website: silasmain.co.

Silas Main is a small business. Small businesses with an annual turnover below $3 million may be exempt from some obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Even so, we follow the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as best practice, because you deserve to know exactly what happens with your information.

What personal information we collect

When you purchase through our checkout, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Basic transaction details (amount, date, currency) for our records

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Card processing is handled entirely by Stripe (see "Third-party services" below).

If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.

When you visit silasmain.co, standard server and analytics data may be collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL). If a Meta/Instagram advertising pixel is active on the site, Meta may also collect data as described in Meta's own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use your name and email to:

• Deliver your purchased product and bonuses (the playbook, prompt pack, and bonus book) by email
• Grant you access to the Skool community
• Send you occasional emails related to Silas Main products and updates (you can opt out at any time)
• Respond to any support or refund requests you send us

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to the above without your consent.

Third-party services

Running this product involves trusted third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy.

• Stripe (payment processing): Stripe handles all card data. Silas Main never sees or stores your card number, CVV, or full card details. Stripe operates under PCI-DSS standards. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Resend (transactional email): your name and email are passed to Resend to deliver your purchase confirmation and product files. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Skool (community platform): to give you community access, your name and email are shared with Skool when your account is created. See skool.com/privacy.
• Netlify / Cloudflare (website hosting and CDN): these services host silasmain.co and handle web traffic. Standard server logs apply. See netlify.com/privacy and cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Meta / Instagram (advertising): if you arrived via a Meta or Instagram ad, a Meta pixel may be active on the site. Meta collects data as described in their data policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can adjust your Meta ad preferences in your account settings.

How long we keep your information

We keep your name and email for as long as you remain a customer or subscriber. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within a reasonable time, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (for example, financial transaction records for tax purposes).

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to any legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link)

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Card data is never held by us: it is processed directly by Stripe. Email delivery is handled by Resend over encrypted connections. We do not store payment credentials anywhere on our systems.

International visitors

Silas Main is based in Australia. If you purchase from outside Australia, your personal information may be processed and stored in Australia or by service providers in other countries (for example, Stripe and Resend operate internationally). By completing a purchase, you consent to this transfer.
