Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Schedule 2 (the Australian Consumer Law, "ACL").
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major problem. A major problem means the product:
These rights exist by operation of law. No policy, clause, or contract can take them away.
The plain version: if "The Behavioural Conversion Playbook" is broken, misdescribed, or does not work as promised, you get a remedy. Full stop. Email us, describe the problem, and we will make it right.
Email hello@silasmain.co with:
We will respond within 5 business days. If we agree a major problem exists, we will offer a full refund or a replacement remedy (whichever is most appropriate). We will not require you to jump through unreasonable hoops.
Because "The Behavioural Conversion Playbook" is an instant-delivery digital product, the full contents are accessible the moment payment is confirmed. For that reason, we do not offer refunds for change of mind as a general rule.
However, if you contact us within 14 days of purchase and have not meaningfully accessed the materials, we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis. We would rather resolve things fairly than have an unhappy customer. Email us and we will talk it through.
Any discretionary change-of-mind consideration is entirely separate from, and in addition to, your ACL consumer guarantees described above. A change-of-mind request does not affect those rights in any way.
Your $47 AUD purchase gives you:
Delivery is by email to the address provided at checkout, typically within minutes of payment.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Stripe's processing times apply (typically 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer).
For any refund or product question: hello@silasmain.co. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
