These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") apply between Silas Main, operated by David Charles Saleh, ABN 17 626 827 646, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia ("we", "us", "Silas Main") and any person or business that purchases from silasmain.co ("you").
By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.
For a one-time payment of $47 AUD, you receive:
All items are delivered digitally by email to the address provided at checkout. Delivery is typically within minutes of payment confirmation. There are no physical goods and no ongoing subscription charges associated with this purchase.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal or business purposes.

You may use the prompts to build and run AI systems for your own clients and projects. That is the point. What you cannot do is on-sell the prompts themselves as a product.
The Behavioural Conversion Playbook provides frameworks, prompts, and methods based on David Saleh's experience. Your results will depend on how you apply them, your industry, your audience, and factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, revenue figure, conversion rate, or business result. Testimonials or examples shared in marketing reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of what you will achieve.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Schedule 2 (Australian Consumer Law). To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a breach of a guarantee that cannot be excluded is limited to resupply of the product or payment of the cost of resupply.

Plain version: if the product is broken, misdescribed, or does not work as promised, email us and we will fix it or refund you. Australian law guarantees that. These Terms do not change it.
To the extent permitted by law, and without excluding, restricting, or modifying any ACL consumer guarantee or right, Silas Main's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product ($47 AUD).
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss (including lost revenue, lost business, or loss of data) arising from your use of the materials, except where the law does not permit such a limitation.
All content in the Playbook, prompt pack, and book remains the intellectual property of David Charles Saleh and Silas Main. Your licence to use the materials does not transfer any ownership.
Access to the Skool community is subject to Skool's own terms of service. We are not responsible for any changes Skool makes to its platform or access policies. Community access is provided as a bonus and may be updated or changed at our discretion with reasonable notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct contact with us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applied at the time of your purchase governs your purchase. Updates apply to new purchases from the date they are posted.
